SENIOR THESIS
"Wicked Fast" is a mixed-media piece that captures skiers descending a mountain through a modern, minimalist lens. Inspired by vintage ski culture, the work blends nostalgic elements with contemporary design to create a bold visual identity.
To further extend the project's branding beyond the artwork itself, I designed a series of custom stickers that were gifted to evaluators, classmates, and members of the community, allowing the piece to live beyond the gallery and create a lasting connection with its audience.
This project was inspired by my lifelong love of skiing and my desire to share a meaningful part of my identity with my classmates and professors. The title, "Wicked Fast," comes from a phrase my father would say to me before every ski race.
That simple expression became a source of encouragement and confidence, making it the perfect name for a project rooted in both personal passion and nostalgia.
